Blood sugar level of diabetics is erratic and subject to frequent changes caused by dietary or food choices, lifestyle choices, medication, stress, and other factors. By constantly checking your blood sugar level, you will be able to make the right response at the moment it is needed. 3. How often do I need to check my blood sugar level? Be sure to write the date you opened the vial as well as the discard date. 7. What happens if I use expired test strips? You may not be able to get accurate results. Never use test strips beyond the expiration date found on the package. 8. Can I use damaged One Touch Ultra Test Strips? No, damaged test strips may not give you accurate results. 9. How do I take care of my One Touch Ultra Test Strips? Store the test strips in the original vial provided. Do not remove and place them in a new vial. Always close tightly the vial immediately after removing a test strip. 10. How do I pay for my One Touch Ultra Test Strips?
